Anusha Rao is a filmmaker based out of Hyderabad, India, and works as a screenwriter, director, and script supervisor. As a filmmaker, she believes that one needs to observe and experience for the subconscious mind to develop stories that engage viewers and practice empathy.

Anusha received her Associates in Science of Film from Los Angeles Film School, with majors in screenwriting and direction. After her undergraduate studies, she worked for Arka Mediaworks which taught her the significance of filmmaking on a large scale. Fascinated by the effect films have on the human mind, her ultimate goal is to write promising characters and develop stories in and around human conditions that leave a memorable mark.
